  • How does your bookkeeping process work? We offer you a simple 3 step bookkeeping process
    1. You send the information

    You send your credit card statements, bank statements, CAM details, payroll, invoices etc. to us. You can send this information to us securely via Google drive or Drop box.

    2. We work on your tasks

    We will enter the expenses, rent income details from your statements and categorize them. We will then reconcile and match your credit card and bank statements. Our bookkeepers can also handle any other bookkeeping tasks you require for your business (labor and materials allocation, bill payment, invoice entry, payroll, sales tax and more).

    3. You will receive tax ready reports

    Our virtual team will send your monthly or quarterly accounts, year-end accounts, profit & loss statement, balance sheet and other tax ready financial reports. These are tax ready documents to you.

  • Apart from bookkeeping write up tasks, I would like my bookkeeper to handle other accounting related tasks as well. Can you handle it?

    Certainly, we can handle this for you. Just let us know what specific reports you want and how frequently you want it each month. We will prepare and send these reports to you.

  • Can you co-ordinate with my CPA during tax time?

    Yes, absolutely. We know what CPA's expect and when. We will be happy to co-ordinate with your CPA and pass on the necessary reports needed for your company.
