  • Go to ‘Settings’ > ‘Invoice settings’ > ‘Invoice settings’ option. You will reach the ‘Invoice settings’ page.

  • Select ‘Logo for Invoice’ option.

  • ‘Choose file’ to attach your business logo and click on ‘Save’

  • The logo will appear in the invoices that you create.

While creating your invoice, for the particular row that you wish to delete, click on the ‘x’ which appears at the end of the row. The row will be deleted instantaneously.

Yes, you can make an entry about the payments that you receive. Follow these simple steps to do so.

  • In ‘Manage invoice’ under ‘Invoice action’ select ‘Update invoice payment’ option

  • A list of invoices that you have created will be displayed

  • Select the particular invoice for which you wish to make payment for using the check box beside it  and click on ‘Update payment’ option

  • That particular invoice opens up. In the ‘Enter payment’ section enter ‘Date paid’, ‘Payment type’, ‘Amount paid’ and ‘Notes’ if you to wish to add any and select ‘Enter payment’ tab.

  • The payment will be successfully updated and it will reflect in the list of invoices that you have created
  • Using ‘Export report to excel’ option this report can be exported to excel

  • In ‘View reports’ under ‘Other useful reports’ select ‘Sales rep report’

  • You can view sales reports by choosing sales rep name, date range or paid or for unpaid invoice
  • Based on the selection made, list of invoices will be displayed with invoice number, invoice date and due date, last paid date, client company, name of sales rep and invoice total.

  • Go to ‘Settings’ > ‘User settings’ > ‘Add or edit users’.

  • You will reach ‘Add user to manage invoice’ section where you can enter first and last name and email address of user you wish to give access to.

  • This section also allows you to make a selection of the actions the new user can perform. Select ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ option and click on ‘Save’.
